Infrastructure Operations Engineer (EMEA)
Infrastructure Operations Engineer needed in Barcelona (hybrid 2 days onsite) to provide L2/L3 operations support and issue triage in a secure 24x7 production environment across servers, storage, virtualization and data center hardware. The role owns ticket SLA execution in ServiceNow, performs patching/hardening and vulnerability/audit remediation aligned to security policy, executes changes under Change/Problem Management, and ensures monitoring/alerting and business continuity processes. Core environment includes VMware ESXi, Windows and RHEL VMs, Cisco switching, Active Directory, Qualys, Skyhigh and ServiceNow; on-call participation is required.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Infrastructure operations engineering (5+ years)
L2/L3 support and issue triage in production environments
VMware ESXi / virtualization operations
Windows Server administration (VMs)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration (VMs)
Server/storage infrastructure fundamentals
Enterprise/data center hardware support (Dell, HPE, Fujitsu)
Patching and system hardening
Vulnerability and audit remediation aligned to security policy
Change Management and Problem Management execution
Monitoring and alerting / availability support
ServiceNow ticketing and SLA management
Scripting and automation for standardization/control
Active Directory fundamentals
Ability to work in 24x7 on-call / follow-the-sun model
Fluent English
