Infrastructure Engineer (Run/Operations)
Infrastructure Engineer to join an EMEA run team in Barcelona (hybrid 2–3 days onsite) to design, build and operate infrastructure supporting a global contact centre, business applications and office solutions. Required Qualifications
Technical design, build and run of infrastructure solutions
Virtualisation (VMware ESXi)
Storage and operating systems administration
Windows Server administration
Linux administration (RHEL)
Enterprise/datacenter hardware support (Dell, HPE, Fujitsu)
Networking fundamentals and Cisco switching support
Active Directory administration
Ticket handling and SLA-based operations (ServiceNow queue)
Patching and vulnerability remediation
Change deployment on infrastructure
Scripting and automation to standardise/control environments
Supporting infrastructure for global contact centre and business applications
Security tooling exposure (Qualys, Skyhigh)
Fluent English
Ability/willingness to travel

5+ years as an Infrastructure Engineer
Professional certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Security) or equivalent experience
Monitoring and alerting for reliability/availability
