Informatica / dbt Data Expert (Data Architecture & ETL/ELT)
Contract role in Le Mans (occasional remote) for a major insurance-sector organization modernizing its data platforms and batch/data mediation flows. The consultant will act as technical referent and data solution architect, driving migration trajectories and ensuring end-to-end consistency of database changes and associated data flows. Responsibilities include producing architecture/technical documentation, coordinating with architects plus infrastructure/observability/security teams, promoting engineering/operations best practices, and supporting CI/CD and industrialization for ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica and/or dbt in an ecosystem including Kafka and relational databases.

Required Qualifications
Informatica (ETL) and/or dbt (ELT) hands-on expertise
ETL/ELT processing chain design and implementation
Data architecture and application architecture fundamentals
Batch processing and data flow operations (run/ops)
Relational databases: Oracle and PostgreSQL
Event streaming concepts; Kafka knowledge
CI/CD practices applied to data pipelines
Unix/Linux proficiency
Technical documentation and architecture deliverables (architecture files)
Technical project coordination / cross-functional leadership
Ability to work with infrastructure, observability, and security teams
