Experience of implementing and Supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine)

Module: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Tax Management and costing

Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills - both from a functional and technical perspective

Experience with ERP implementation/conversion/Rollout

Experience with manufacturing Industries

Having strong analytical reasoning to understand end user’s requirements and able to differentiate between desired and required user needs

Analyse current and future state business processes and ability to do gap and fitment analysis

Complete Business Requirements Document

Construct business process models/Blueprint

Perform stakeholder interviewing/workshops to understand current process and gather requirements

Map requirements with existing functionality and identify gaps that require additional configuration or customization

Required Qualifications
5+ years experience as an ERP Functional Consultant
Infor CSI (SyteLine) implementation and support experience
Finance modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)
Tax management in ERP context
Costing (manufacturing/ERP costing)
ERP implementation/conversion/rollout experience
Requirements gathering (stakeholder interviews/workshops)
Fit-gap (gap and fitment) analysis and process mapping/blueprinting
BRD (Business Requirements Document) creation
Application setup and configuration (Infor CSI)
High-level functional design/specifications for customizations (process/reports/workflow/integrations)
Test planning for functional testing and system integration testing
CRP (Conference Room Pilot) scripting and facilitation
Data extraction/standardization/conversion/loading (data migration)
End-user training and training material preparation
Strong verbal and written communication; team player
Preferred
Nice to Have
Use cases/scenarios and prototyping as elicitation techniques
Experience with workflow and integrations (functional specification side)
Experience preparing process models/blueprints (BPMN or equivalent)
