IC Admin Implementation and Operations Associate Consultant
This contract Associate Consultant role supports implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing operations for incentive compensation (IC) platforms. Configure eligibility rules, sales crediting, quotas, payout calculations, reporting layers, and calculation engines.

Design and implement data integrations across CRM systems, data warehouses, and IC platforms, including validation, reconciliation, and restatement processes.

Configure and administer IC platforms (ZAIDYN/Javelin), support UAT, defect resolution, release management, migrations, enhancements, and module rollouts.

Develop and maintain business rules, payout models, plan simulations, and what-if scenario analyses.

Implement quality control frameworks, audit controls, and compliance checks.

Collaborate with IC design teams, business stakeholders, and operations teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

4-6 years of experience in IC Administration, Implementation, and Operations.

Experience configuring and supporting IC platforms such as ZAIDYN and/or Javelin.

Experience in incentive compensation system configuration, business rule development, data integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications
4–6 years of incentive compensation administration, implementation, and operations experience
Configuration and support experience with ZAIDYN and/or Javelin
Incentive compensation system configuration and business rule development
Data integration across CRM systems, data warehouses, and incentive compensation platforms, including validation, reconciliation, and restatements
Testing and deployment activities, including UAT support, defect resolution, release management, and migrations
