Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing.

Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 environments.

Administer FileNet Content Engine, Object Stores, ACCE, IBM Content Navigator, and associated ECM components.

Manage FileNet configuration, security models, document classes, storage areas, and metadata structures.

Support application deployments, environment refreshes, and platform upgrades.

Administer and support WebSphere Application Server environments supporting FileNet.

Maintain JVM configurations, clusters, nodes, deployment managers, and application services.

Coordinate with infrastructure teams for server administration, operating system maintenance, certificates, DNS, load balancers, and storage management.

Support integrations with APIs, middleware platforms, SFTP interfaces, and downstream applications.

09

Perform daily health checks of FileNet services, WebSphere components, databases, storage systems, and integrations.

Monitor system performance, capacity utilization, queues, logs, and alerts using enterprise Monitoring and Observability Tools.

Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

IBM Content Navigator (ICN) administration

ACCE (Administration Console for Content Platform Engine)

IBM WebSphere Application Server administration (clusters/nodes/DMGR/JVM tuning basics)

LDAP/Active Directory integration

SSO integration (including Okta)

Windows and Linux server administration

SQL Server connectivity/support (backup/recovery coordination, performance triage)

SFTP and API integrations support

Monitoring and observability tools usage (logs/alerts/health checks)

Production support, incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Disaster Recovery support (failover testing, restoration validation)

Automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, shell)
