Required Qualifications
Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations
User access provisioning and deprovisioning
Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
Access request/ticket handling (ITSM)
Access reviews / recertification support
Process documentation and adherence (SOPs)
Basic understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
Preferred
Nice to Have
Privileged Access Management (PAM) exposure
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) exposure
SailPoint or Saviynt exposure
Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), or Active Directory exposure
