IAM Operations Consultant
Contract IAM Operations Consultant needed in Copenhagen (financial industry) to run day-to-day IAM operations and help stabilize/clean up IAM services and access data. The role is hands-on and execution-focused: handling JML processes, ServiceNow access requests/incidents, entitlement/role corrections, IAM master data analysis and clean-up (roles, groups, entitlements, ownership fields), supporting migration to group/access-package based access, and preparing audit/recertification extracts and evidence. Works under direction from IAM Governance/Security (no policy/architecture ownership) and coordinates with user administration and service desk to reduce manual workarounds and recurring incidents.

Execute and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes

Handle IAM‑related ServiceNow requests and incidents (access, entitlements, role corrections)

Support daily access and entitlement handling based on defined processes and runbooks

Coordinate operational tasks with Nordea User Administration and Service Desk

Support migration from manual access to group‑ and access‑package‑based access

Prepare structured access lists and extracts for audits, reviews, and recertifications

Support to security and audit activities (execution only)

Prepare factual input and evidence for security and audit activities (e.g. user lists, privileged access overviews)

Support clean‑up of excess, obsolete, or misaligned access

Execute remediation tasks defined by IAM Governance or Security

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Privileged Access Management / Privileged Identity Management (PAM/PIM)
Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
Microsoft Entra ID Workflows
Microsoft Logic Apps
Active Directory
ServiceNow (access requests, incidents)
Operational data analysis using Excel/CSV
Ability to follow runbooks/processes; high attention to detail
Preferred

Experience in regulated environments (finance, insurance)
IAM clean-up and stabilization after go-live
