Maintain visibility of wave intake schedules and staffing timing.

Align Hub preparation with deployment milestones and transition gates.

Onboarding & Pre-KT Enablement Support

Coordinate onboarding readiness for new Hub joiners.

Ensure pre-KT induction, orientation and local readiness activities occur on time.

Support Hub managers in preparing staff before formal KT begins.

Act as Hub focal point for KT mobilisation.

Confirm receiving teams, supervisors and infrastructure are ready for KT start.

Monitor Hub-side execution of shadowing readiness and escalate capacity risks.

Required Qualifications
Transition readiness coordination (multi-wave / multi-cluster)
Knowledge Transfer (KT) mobilisation and readiness oversight (hub/receiving team perspective)
Onboarding readiness and pre-KT enablement coordination
Capacity planning and bottleneck identification
Staffing alignment to wave demand and KT dates
Risk identification, issue escalation, and dependency management
Tracking, reporting, and maintaining transparency of readiness status
Stakeholder management with hub leadership and deployment teams
Schedule management against milestones and transition gates
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience coordinating parallel transitions/waves in a shared services or hub model
Familiarity with transition governance concepts (gates, handshakes, mobilisation)
Basic project/program management methods and tooling (e.g., RAID logs, status reporting)
