What You'll Be Doing.

l Ensure timely completion and maintenance of statutory records, returns and compliance documentation.
l Coordinate with employees, payroll teams and relevant authorities/vendors for PF, ESI and other statutory
l Monitor compliance timelines and ensure required actions are completed within applicable deadlines.
l Maintain accurate employee statutory records and documentation for audit and internal reference.
l Support statutory audits, inspections and compliance-related queries when required.
l Stay updated on applicable changes in statutory compliance requirements and communicate relevant updates
l Support other HR activities as required, while maintaining strong ownership of statutory compliance.
l 3–8 years of relevant HR experience, with significant hands-on exposure to statutory compliance.
l Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESI and PT processes.

Required Qualifications
Hands-on statutory compliance within HR
Provident Fund (PF/EPF) process knowledge (deductions, contributions, records, coordination)
Employee State Insurance (ESI/ESIC) process knowledge (registration, contributions, documentation, medical/ESI processes)
Professional Tax (PT) compliance knowledge
Payroll-linked statutory deductions and contributions understanding
Statutory records/returns maintenance and compliance documentation
Compliance calendar/timeline monitoring and on-time filings
Employee statutory record management for audit/internal reference
Coordination with payroll teams and external authorities/vendors
Ability to manage statutory compliance independently
Communication and coordination skills

Experience supporting statutory audits/inspections and responding to compliance queries
Keeping up-to-date with statutory changes and communicating updates internally
