HR Business Analyst / Payroll Process Developer (HR Transformation)

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst with a strong focus on Payroll processes and HR systems to support an ongoing HR system transformation project.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support process development activities throughout the transformation, from requirements gathering and impact analysis to process design, documentation, testing, rollout, and stabilization.

The assignment also has an important change perspective. You will contribute to embedding new ways of working into processes and help ensure that changes are understood, adopted, and sustained within the organization.

Document, maintain, and update requirements for the new Payroll solution.

Contribute to translating Payroll requirements into clear process designs.

Support the development of future-state Payroll processes and workflows.

Support requirements gathering and impact analysis related to process and system changes.

Ensure process and requirements documentation is accurate, accessible, and kept up to date.

Collaborate with project and change teams to support implementation readiness.

Support testing of processes and the new solution.

Support the development and update of user and administrator guides for the new solution.

Essential

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration

Business requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into process designs

Process development, process mapping, and workflow design

Strong structured documentation skills (process/requirements documentation)

Experience with HR/Payroll systems (HRIS)

Support of testing for processes and HR/Payroll solutions

Fluent Swedish and English

Experience working in projects and/or transformation initiatives
