Healthcare Interoperability & Medical Imaging Architect (FHIR/HL7/DICOM, PACS/VNA, RCM Coding Automation)
Senior (8–12 yrs) healthcare domain specialist to design and implement clinical data interoperability and medical imaging integrations across FHIR/HL7 and DICOM ecosystems, including PACS/VNA archive connectivity. The role also covers revenue cycle and medical coding automation (ICD-10/CPT, prior auth, claims) with an emphasis on high-accuracy/“zero-hallucination” pipelines, plus clinical systems integration and compliance (EHR workflows, ambient documentation, HIPAA). Strong regulatory validation experience is required for GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant architectures, and hands-on capability building secure Model Context Protocol (MCP) toolsets and agent orchestration over siloed clinical/biopharma data.
