Head of Operations / Project Lead (Agro-Tourism Destination)
Lead the end-to-end setup and operations of a sustainable, commercially successful agro-farm based agro-tourism destination in Bengaluru. This role owns business and operational strategy, takes the project from concept and planning through execution to operational readiness, and builds teams, SOPs, manpower plans, and performance metrics. The person will develop hospitality/leisure/experiential offerings, drive revenue and partnerships, manage budgets and operational performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams plus external stakeholders (consultants, vendors, authorities) while reporting progress and performance to senior management.

10+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Hospitality, Tourism, Resort Management, Agro-Tourism, Real Estate or related sectors.
