GRC / ISMS Compliance Analyst (ISO 27001, ISO 42001, Privacy)
Contract role in Mumbai for a 2–3 years experience GRC/InfoSec compliance professional to support ISO 27001 ISMS implementation and sustenance, audit readiness, and compliance tracking, plus ISO 42001 (AI Management System) governance and risk activities. The role will run third-party/vendor risk assessments, support GDPR and India DPDPA privacy compliance and documentation, manage risk acceptance/exception workflows, maintain risk registers and remediation tracking, and produce ISMS KPI/KRI reporting while coordinating with InfoSec, IT, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

Essential
Required Qualifications
GRC / Information Security / InfoSec risk / compliance experience
Hands-on ISO 27001 ISMS implementation and sustenance
Audit readiness and compliance tracking for ISMS
Working knowledge of ISO 42001 (AI Management System) governance and risk assessment
Working knowledge of GDPR
Working knowledge of India DPDPA
Third-party/vendor risk assessments and periodic reviews
Risk management fundamentals (risk identification, assessment, treatment)
Risk acceptance/exception process management (review, approval, tracking, reassessment)
Risk register maintenance and remediation/mitigation tracking
ISMS KPI/KRI collection, tracking, and management reporting
Documentation, stakeholder management, and communication
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with GRC tools (Sprinto, MetricStream, ServiceNow, Archer)
