Governance and approvals management (decision logs, sign-offs)
Operating model definition and maintenance (global operating model, operating instructions/BAU)
Regulatory requirements capture for complaints and embedding into process/controls
Cross-functional stakeholder management (country/service recipients, tooling/CFT)
Process documentation and control design mindset
