GCMM knowledge (model concepts, levels/maturity, practices)
Assessment/audit methodology (planning, evidence collection, interviews, sampling)
Scoring/rating and gap analysis against a framework
Assessment reporting (findings, recommendations, action plans)
Training delivery/facilitation (classroom or virtual)
Stakeholder communication and documentation
Preferred
Nice to Have
Relevant assessor/auditor certification (framework-specific or general auditing)
Experience creating training content (slides, exercises, case studies)
Process improvement/quality management exposure
Experience with compliance or maturity models beyond GCMM
