FGPP Production Support SME (L2/L3 Escalations)
Contract FGPP SME to act as the client’s technical focal point for FGPP in production, owning complex L2 escalations through deep issue triage, recreation, trace analysis, and hands-on configuration (profiles/rules). Essential
Required Qualifications
Recent FGPP experience (within last 3 years)
Production support / troubleshooting for FGPP
Issue/case analysis: triage, recreation, root-cause analysis
Trace analysis for FGPP issues
Hands-on FGPP configuration (profiles and rules setup; pre/post rules)
Strong FGPP business and functional knowledge
Use of FGPP GUI and database for investigation
Understanding of FGPP core tables/fields (e.g., logical fields, xpath, object rules, profile_udfs, cache_refresh)
Payment processing flow analysis and error comparison
Customer-facing skills: leading technical calls and explaining status/next steps
Escalation handling from L2; deciding when to escalate to L3 for code fixes

Supporting QA/L2 in testing fixes
Working with production development (L3) and product management
Version control / branching workflow (e.g., check-in to BA master / project branches)
