EV HVAC Design Engineer (CATIA V5, Teamcenter)
Design and develop EV HVAC systems and thermal layouts (HVAC/AC unit, ventilation, condenser, compressor, control panels, ducts) including battery and traction cooling. Own CAD modeling and detailed drawings in CATIA V5, perform DMU packaging and routing for AC/heater pipes, and release TPL/sub-modules in PLM/Teamcenter. Work with CFD feedback and vehicle packaging constraints, review supplier drawings, prepare fitment/installation drawings, define validation plans per TML standards, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve design, field, and quality issues.

Required Qualifications
EV HVAC system design (HVAC/AC units, ventilation, condenser, compressor, ducts)
Thermal layout development for EV HVAC, battery cooling, and traction cooling
DMU packaging and routing for AC pipes and heater pipes
Vehicle packaging constraints and mounting scheme development
CAD modeling and detailed engineering drawings in CATIA V5
PLM release in Teamcenter (TCE)
Supplier drawing review and release
Fitment and installation drawing preparation
Validation plan definition per TML standards
Cross-functional coordination to resolve design/field/quality issues

Experience with forced and natural ventilation system design
