Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Manage complete sales cycle from discovery to closure including demos, solution scoping, pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline across engineering and manufacturing enterprises.
Engage with CXOs, IT/OT leaders, R&D Heads, Manufacturing Heads, and Digital Transformation teams.
Understand and articulate value propositions of
PLM Platforms: Engineering change management, BOM management, CAD integrations, configuration management, document control, digital thread.
MES: Work instructions, electronic batch records, OEE, scheduling, shop-floor data collection, quality management, traceability, IIoT integrations.
LCNC Platforms: Workflow automation, app development, process digitization, system integration, citizen development.
Work closely with presales/solution architects to build customer-specific solution proposals.
Explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms; link solutions to outcomes such as cost reduction, productivity, time-to-market, and compliance.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT.
Deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.

Required Qualifications
Enterprise B2B software sales (3+ years)
Full sales-cycle ownership (discovery to closure)
Consultative/solution selling
Pipeline building and new business development
Enterprise account management (renewals/expansion/cross-sell)
Ability to sell/position PLM and/or MES and/or LCNC digital transformation solutions
Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
Stakeholder management with CXO, IT/OT leaders, R&D and manufacturing heads
Product demos, presentations, workshops
Pricing, negotiation, contracting
Business value articulation (ROI, cost reduction, productivity, time-to-market, compliance)
Collaboration with presales/solution architects and partners

Nice to Have
Experience selling specific PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill, Aras Innovator, Autodesk Fusion)
Experience selling specific MES platforms (Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, AVEVA MES, SAP DM, Ignition MES)
Experience selling specific LCNC platforms (Mendix, OutSystems, PowerApps, Appian, Zoho Creator)
Understanding of integrations: ERP, CAD, SCADA/PLC, IIoT
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts (Digital Thread, Digital Twin, smart manufacturing, model-based enterprise)
Partner ecosystem selling with OEMs, SIs, consulting firms
