Engine & Vehicle Testing Engineer

Perform Engine Performance Tests on Engine Dynamometers (Dyno).

Conduct Steady State and Transient Emission Tests on Engine Transit Dyno systems.

Support and execute Vehicle Level Calibration activities.

Perform data acquisition and analysis on Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicles.

Take ownership of 5S implementation, quality audits, and test facility compliance.

Conduct Engine Durability Testing on engine testbeds.

Support Prototype Engine Assembly and testing activities.

Analyze benchmark data and support engine hardware freeze decisions.

Prepare DVP (Design Verification Plan) and test plans for engine emission and functional testing.

Coordinate with Vehicle Testing teams for calibration and validation activities.

Work closely with shop floor operators, instrumentation suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of engine dynos and testing facilities.
