Configure, monitor, and report on devices using Microsoft Intune, Nexthink, SCCM, and PowerShell.

Support software packaging, deployment, and update rollouts, including post-patch validation.

Query SCCM databases to interpret software and device data.

Maintain automated imaging workflows (e.g., MDT, Autopilot) and provisioning routines.

Troubleshoot Windows OS issues and perform update remediation.

Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and monitor endpoint security status.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint management tasks.

Document and escalate unique user requirements, collaborating with teams on viable solutions.

Create visually impactful reports and presentations for operational metrics and insights using Power BI and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for endpoint diagnostics and automation.

Nexthink (endpoint experience/health monitoring)
SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (deployment, inventory, reporting)
PowerShell scripting (automation/diagnostics)
Windows 11 troubleshooting and OS remediation
Enterprise endpoint lifecycle: imaging/provisioning, software deployment, patching and post-patch validation
SCCM data querying/reporting (interpreting software/device data)
Domain-joined Windows laptop support in enterprise environments
Endpoint compliance and security status monitoring
Documentation and escalation handling (as L2/L3 escalation point)
