Embedded Motor Control Test Automation Manager (Python/pytest)
Looking for a Pune-based permanent engineering manager (10–15 years) with strong client-facing experience to lead embedded test automation for motor control systems. The role requires hands-on Python and pytest automation, deep understanding of BLDC/PMSM motor control (including 6-step commutation), embedded C/C++ and RTOS exposure, and strong hardware/MCU fundamentals (STM, XMC or similar). 10+ yrs of Managerial Candidate with good embedded automation and client facing experience.

Strong proficiency in Python and pytest framework.

10+ years experience with managerial/leadership responsibilities
Client-facing communication and stakeholder management
