DMU / Vehicle Integration Engineer (PTC Creo, Teamcenter) – ILCV
Permanent role based in Pune for a 2–3 years experienced engineer to manage DMU and vehicle integration activities for ICE (Diesel/CNG) and Electric Vehicles in the ILCV/commercial vehicle space. The role focuses on packaging studies, vehicle layouts, variant/VC release management, and engineering change execution, along with creating and releasing high-quality CAD deliverables (3D/2D/assemblies) in PTC Creo and PLM/Teamcenter. You will coordinate closely with design, manufacturing, and program teams, support prototype builds, and contribute to DFMEA and root-cause analysis.

Vehicle integration and coordination with cross-functional teams for high-voltage systems.

Conduct packaging studies and prepare vehicle layouts.

Manage vehicle variants and VC releases as per sub-module strategy.

Release technical specifications, offer drawings, and DML documents.

Execute sub-module release activities and engineering change requirements.

Develop 3D models, 2D drawings, and assemblies using PTC Creo.

Ensure quality and accuracy of CAD drawings and designs.

Monitor prototype builds and provide engineering support.
