What You'll Be Doing.

Strong pharma / life sciences background – has delivered for at least one of: Pharmacovigilance, Real World Evidence, R&D, Regulatory and understands how these teams use data and what it means to the business
Proven experience acting as client-side counterpart to offshore delivery teams and system integrators
Excellent organisation and communication skills: Chairs working sessions, Tracks actions, owners and dates across multiple teams, Produces clear, leadership-ready status reports, Escalates risks early
Has led at least one data platform implementation or migration through to cutover, able to challenge supplier plans, estimates and risks
Comfortable steering enterprise governance (architecture review, application portfolio registration, change/release approvals, data retention and records management)
India-based, fluent in written and spoken English, able to overlap with European hours, and autonomous from week one

Essential
Required Qualifications
4+ years delivery management for data platforms and/or data products in a large regulated organization
Pharma/life sciences domain delivery experience in at least one: Pharmacovigilance, Real World Evidence, R&D, Regulatory
Client-side delivery management working with offshore delivery teams and system integrators
Program/project delivery fundamentals: planning, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), action tracking, milestones, cutover readiness
Strong stakeholder management and communication: chairing working sessions, leadership-ready status reporting, early escalation
Led at least one data platform implementation or migration through to cutover
Enterprise governance experience: architecture review, application portfolio registration, change/release approvals, data retention and records management
Fluent written/spoken English; able to overlap with European hours; autonomous from week one
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience coordinating multi-country teams (France/India/Spain)
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams on a live data platform
Familiarity with regulated data practices in life sciences (e.g., GxP concepts)
