DevOps / Observability Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes/Datadog)

Contract role in Paris (occasional remote) supporting the Product Owner for an internal GenAI platform used by ~4,500 employees. The consultant will help structure needs and backlog, and primarily build/automate admin and monitoring tools, define and implement an observability strategy (logs/metrics/traces), set SLO/SLI-based alerting, and support incident analysis by correlating logs, metrics and database queries. Strong production DevOps on AWS + Kubernetes is required, along with CI/CD, IaC/GitOps, Datadog (APM/logs/tracing/dashboards), and experience with API contracts (OpenAPI) in a microservices context (Java 21/Spring Boot 4 and/or Python, Kafka, PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
