Deployment Project Manager (Digital Health / CDSS)

Contract Deployment Project Manager to lead multiple European hospital implementations of two digital health software solutions (antimicrobial stewardship and infection surveillance/CDSS). You will own end-to-end deployment from kickoff through go-live, hypercare and stabilization, acting as the main publisher-side contact for customer project managers, coordinating internal teams (data integration, support, R&D, sales), managing plans/risks/dependencies, and running governance (steerco/committees) in an international, multicultural environment. Fluent French, English and Italian are required; Spanish is a plus. Role is mainly remote, based anywhere in Europe (Paris listed as location).

Manage several implementation projects in parallel

Build and maintain project plans (activities, milestones, dependencies, deliverables)

Ensure daily monitoring of progress

Identify, document, and track risks and bottlenecks, and escalate critical topics

Guarantee the achievement of quality, deadline and scope objectives

Be the main contact with the project manager designated by the client

Organize and lead follow-up meetings, prepare and present reports

Coordinate actions between the publisher's and the client's teams

Ensure smooth and proactive communication, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Mobilize and coordinate the teams involved: Data Integration, Application Support, R&D, local sales teams

Ensure the availability of resources at the different phases of the project

Ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders

Essential

Required Qualifications

Project management for software deployments/implementations (launch to production, stabilization/hypercare)

Multi-project management (parallel implementations)

Project planning (milestones, dependencies, deliverables) and progress tracking

Risk, issue and dependency management with escalation

Customer-facing coordination with client-side project managers; meeting facilitation and reporting

Stakeholder management across internal teams (data integration, application support, R&D, sales)

International/multicultural project experience

Fluent French

Fluent English

Fluent Italian

Minimum 5 years experience in project management / deployment coordination / professional services

Preferred

Nice to Have

Healthcare IT / Hospital IT / Digital Health experience

Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) exposure

Hospital interoperability knowledge

EHR/EMR / Hospital Information Systems knowledge

HL7 knowledge

Clinical workflow understanding

Antimicrobial Stewardship domain knowledge

Spanish language
