DELMIA Apriso MES L2/L3 Support & Development Lead

Looking for an 8–12 years DELMIA Apriso MES professional to own L2/L3 production support and small-to-medium enhancements in a business-critical manufacturing environment. The role covers incident triage and RCA across Apriso UI/processes/integrations/database, SLA-driven restoration, and delivery of corrective/preventive actions. What You'll Be Doing.

8–12 years of experience, including strong L2/L3 support and development experience for DELMIA Apriso MES in business-critical manufacturing environments.

Hands-on expertise in Apriso Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse/Material Management, repair workflows, Process Builder, Screen Framework, Business Integration and Machine Integration.

Strong knowledge of controlled shop-floor execution, electronic work instructions, electronic device history records (eDHRs), material genealogy and traceability, data validation, inspections, and production-order processing.

Proven ability to troubleshoot incidents across the user interface, business logic, integrations and database layers, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver preventive and corrective actions within SLA.

Proficiency in JavaScript/C#, SQL Server or Oracle, XML/XSLT, web services and ERP–MES integration, with strong stakeholder communication and team-guidance skills.

Experience supporting Apriso integrations with Oracle ERP for production orders, material transactions and inventory synchronization.

Knowledge of plant maintenance processes, including autonomous and preventive maintenance, repair planning, repair allocation and capacity planning.

Experience with incoming inspection, quality validation, regulated manufacturing documentation and validated-system support practices.

Ability to tune complex SQL, stored procedures and execution plans and to resolve database performance, deadlock and contention issues.

Knowledge of Apriso Schema Builder, DAL Wizard, custom business components, OPC DA/UA or other shop-floor equipment interfaces.

Serve as the primary L2/L3 support contact for DELMIA Apriso MES at the manufacturing site, restoring business-critical services quickly and meeting agreed SLAs.

Lead incident triage, impact assessment, escalation, stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis and post-incident corrective and preventive actions.

8–12 years experience with DELMIA Apriso MES in manufacturing environments

Strong L2/L3 application support (incident triage, RCA, SLA-based resolution, CAPA)

Apriso configuration/development: Process Builder, Screen Framework, Business Integration

Apriso functional areas: Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse/Material Management, Repair workflows

Troubleshooting across UI, business logic, integrations, and database layers

ERP–MES integration experience, specifically Apriso integration with Oracle ERP (production orders, material transactions, inventory sync)

Programming/scripting: JavaScript and/or C#

Databases: SQL Server or Oracle; strong SQL, stored procedures, execution plans

Database performance troubleshooting (deadlocks, contention) and query tuning

XML/XSLT and web services (APIs)

Controlled shop-floor execution concepts: eDHR/electronic device history records, electronic work instructions, genealogy/traceability, inspections, data validation, production-order processing

Testing/validation/release/deployment coordination with documentation/traceability in controlled environments

Stakeholder communication and team guidance/mentoring
