DELMIA Apriso MES L2/L3 Support & Development Engineer

Lead incident triage, impact assessment, escalation, stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis and post-incident corrective and preventive actions.

Diagnose and resolve issues across Apriso screens, business processes, APIs, Oracle ERP interfaces, shop-floor integrations and databases.

Support controlled production execution, including electronic work instructions, electronic eDHRs, order processing, material tracking and genealogy, data validation and inventory accuracy.

Analyze functional requirements and translate approved designs into robust Apriso configurations, extensions and reusable solution components.

Support incoming inspection, quality and repair processes, including repair planning, allocation and capacity planning, as well as autonomous and preventive maintenance workflows.

Coordinate testing, validation, release and production deployment activities, maintaining the documentation and traceability required for a controlled manufacturing environment.

Monitor application health and performance, optimize Apriso business logic and database queries, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and user experience.

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, repair, ERP, infrastructure, QA and vendor teams to resolve issues and deliver approved enhancements.

Provide technical leadership for small enhancements and support workstreams, mentor junior team members, and maintain clear operational and technical documentation.

Essential
Required Qualifications
4–8 years experience with DELMIA Apriso MES in manufacturing environments
Strong L2/L3 application support (incident triage, RCA, SLA-driven resolution, CAPA)
Apriso modules/processes: Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse/Material Management, Repair workflows
Apriso configuration/development: Process Builder, Screen Framework, Business Integration, Machine Integration
Troubleshooting across UI, business logic, integrations, and database layers
ERP–MES integration experience, specifically Apriso integration with Oracle ERP (production orders, material transactions, inventory sync)
Programming/scripting: JavaScript and/or C#
Databases: SQL Server or Oracle; strong SQL including stored procedures and execution plans
SQL performance tuning (complex queries, deadlocks, contention, performance issues)
Integration technologies: XML/XSLT, web services
Shop-floor execution concepts: eDHR/eDHRs, electronic work instructions, genealogy/traceability, data validation, inspections, production-order processing
Stakeholder communication and ability to guide/mentor team members
Testing/validation/release and production deployment support with documentation/traceability
