Oracle CC&B Operations: Leverage deep hands-on expertise with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) to extract, analyze, and manage billing, customer, and account data structures.

Data Cleansing & Remediation: Design, execute, and monitor data cleansing routines to correct inaccurate records and enhance overall dataset reliability.

Quality Assurance & Testing: Implement rigorous data quality assurance procedures for data migrations, integrations, and operational updates.
