Data Migration Project Manager / Business Analyst (SAP/Salesforce to Snowflake)
Contract role in Sweden for a senior (6–8 years) project manager/business analyst to own end-to-end historical data migration delivery. The person will run governance (status, RAID, stakeholder reporting), manage cross-workstream dependencies (ERP, CRM, data engineering), and coordinate UAT/sign-off. They will also lead requirements and scope definition for extracting data from SAP, Salesforce and other sources, map source structures to Snowflake models, perform data profiling/quality assessments, define validation/acceptance criteria, and support data lineage/compliance documentation while acting as the key bridge between technical teams and business process owners/M&A stakeholders.

End-to-end project management for data migration (scope, timeline, milestones, risks, resources)
Project governance (status meetings, stakeholder reporting)
RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Dependency management across multiple workstreams (ERP, CRM, data engineering)
Change management and communications planning
UAT coordination and business sign-off management
Business analysis: requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
Data migration scoping and source-to-target mapping
Data profiling and data quality assessment
Define data validation and acceptance criteria
Stakeholder management bridging business and technical teams
SAP historical data extraction/validation coordination
Salesforce data extraction/validation coordination
Snowflake target data model understanding (mapping to Snowflake models)
Data lineage documentation support
