Data Migration Lead (ERP / MDM / ETL)
Contract Data Migration Lead to define and run an efficient, repeatable migration strategy for complex IT/ERP rollouts across Denmark/Sweden. The role owns migration planning and execution end-to-end: legacy data extraction, ETL support, mapping/cleansing with central data teams, validation and reconciliation, and progress metrics/risk management. You will also help establish long-term Master Data Management capabilities at rollout sites and ensure adherence to data governance principles, including supporting an enterprise data dictionary and data masking/test repositories.

Oversee data migration planning, execution, and follow-up activities.

Coordinate with various projects and central data management teams to define data migration requirements, mapping, and cleansing.

Establish and maintain long-term Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities at rollout sites.

Ensure adherence to data principles and guidelines in partnership with the data governance team.

Manage data extraction processes from respective legacy systems.

Support database extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure successful implementation.

Track key metrics on migration progress across the project portfolio.

Identify and address issues or risks affecting timeline and data integrity accuracy.

Maintain oversight of data flows and dependencies to support delivery and change management.
