Data Integration / Data Warehouse Support Analyst
Looking for a 2–5 years data integration/data warehousing professional in Chennai for a permanent role. The person will build/maintain data pipelines, write complex SQL and stored procedures, and support business-critical incidents using ITSM processes (P1–P4). Follow support processes, with focus on ITSM incident management

Business partner communication to understand and resolve P1/P2/P3/P4 tickets. Communicate tobusiness partner issue impact and resolution.

Handle business partner inquiries, coordinating the resolution with the various support groups.

Follow End to End Change Request Management Tasks.

(Requirement gathering from business, create and review functional requirement documents, performmanual unit testing and integration testing of new functionality, ensure 100% SOX compliance, etc.,)

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Data integration and Data warehousing domain.

Proficient in writing complex SQL scripts and Stored Procedures.

Good knowledge on Data Modelling and Data Warehousing concepts.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - BE / B.Tech.
