Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, BMS/EPMS, industrial automation, process industries, utilities, power generation, pharmaceutical or large infrastructure environments.

Minimum 5–12 years of hands-on commissioning, start-up, site testing, troubleshooting or controls delivery experience preferred.

Commission and validate BMS, EPMS, SCADA, HVAC controls and auxiliary facility automation systems.

Verify field devices including sensors, actuators, control valves, VFD interfaces, meters, UPS interfaces, generator interfaces, switchgear signals, CRAH/CRAC systems and chiller plant controls.

Validate control sequences, alarms, trends, interlocks, failover behavior, and cause-and-effect matrices.

Plan, support and execute integrated systems testing across electrical, mechanical, cooling, BMS, EPMS, and SCADA systems.

Simulate operating and failure scenarios to confirm expected control response, redundancy, resilience, and recovery sequences.

Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, controls, network, vendor and operations stakeholders during IST execution.

Hands-on commissioning/start-up/site testing and troubleshooting (controls/facilities)
BMS commissioning and validation
EPMS commissioning and validation
SCADA commissioning and validation
HVAC controls commissioning (CRAH/CRAC, chiller plant controls)
Point-to-point checks and loop checks
Functional testing and system acceptance testing (SAT)
FAT/SAT participation and evidence capture
Integrated Systems Testing (IST) across electrical/mechanical/controls
Validation of field devices (sensors, actuators, control valves, VFD interfaces, meters)
Validation of control sequences, alarms, trends, interlocks, failover behavior, cause-and-effect matrices
Troubleshooting controls logic, field wiring, device addressing, network connectivity, protocol mapping, alarms and graphics
Industrial communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profinet
Root cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions with vendors/contractors
Strong written documentation, test reporting, defect/issue tracking discipline
Ability to work safely in live construction and data center environments
Understanding of mission-critical uptime, redundancy and operational risk requirements
Clear communication with customers, vendors, contractors and engineering teams
Ability to work independently under schedule pressure while maintaining quality and safety
