Data & AI Transformation Change Manager Lead (PROSCI)

Leveraging client's change management methodology (based on PROSCI), the Data & AI Transformation Change Manager lead will be accountable for defining, driving and continuously adapting the overall change management strategy across the Data & AI transformation portfolio.

Define and own the end-to-end change management strategy for the Data & AI transformation, aligned with its ambition, strategic priorities and expected business outcomes.

Define the adoption ambition, success criteria and measurable KPIs for priority initiatives and key stakeholder groups and monitor adoption.

Support the Data Committee and other governance bodies with clear change insights, recommendations and decisions required.

Ensure consistency of change approaches and impacts across streams / projects, while allowing proportionate support according to each initiative's maturity, audience and risk profile.

Identify and map decision-makers, managers, business experts, Data & AI experts and employee communities at global, functional and local levels.

Align senior stakeholders around a common Data & AI vision, transformation narrative, priorities and leadership behaviors.

Structure and engage the Data Agents / relay network to gather feedback, validate impacts and empower them.

Essential
Required Qualifications
10+ years change management experience (senior change lead)
PROSCI change management methodology (confirmed)
ADKAR (or equivalent change framework)
Change strategy and governance at program/portfolio level
Adoption strategy: success criteria, measurable KPIs, monitoring
Stakeholder mapping and engagement (senior leaders to employee communities)
Sponsorship alignment and leadership behavior alignment
Transformation narrative and communication strategy across audiences/countries
Learning journey / capability building design with learning partners
Experience in large/global Data, Digital or AI transformations
Practical understanding of Data & AI concepts and adoption challenges
Workshop facilitation and hands-on delivery
Operating in matrix organizations; coordinating multiple change managers without direct line management
Fluent/bilingual English
On-site availability (Lyon)
