D365FO Warehouse Management Functional Consultant (OneERP Deployment)

Contract role for a senior D365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Warehouse Management functional consultant to drive warehouse process deployment and integrations aligned to a global OneERP warehouse template. The consultant will run warehouse workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, define and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios, support cutover/mock go-lives, and ensure master data readiness (warehouses/locations/dimensions/work templates/location directives/mobile menus). Strong knowledge of D365FO WMS/Inventory plus integration touchpoints with Procurement, Planning/Manufacturing, and Quality is required, along with understanding of barcode scanning/mobile execution and 3PL scenarios. Governance and documentation will be maintained in Azure DevOps and SharePoint with risk/action tracking and escalation via governance forums.

Essential

Required Qualifications

D365FO Warehouse Management (WMS) functional knowledge

D365FO Inventory Management functional knowledge

D365FO Procurement & Sourcing integration understanding

Production/Manufacturing integration understanding (end-to-end warehouse flows)

D365FO Quality Management integration understanding

Warehouse process knowledge: receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting/spot counting

Barcode scanning and mobile warehouse execution (WMA) understanding

3PL warehouse process and integration scenario experience

Fit-gap analysis and workshop facilitation for warehouse processes

Testing participation and scenario definition (SIT, UAT, cutover rehearsals, mock go-lives)

Master data readiness for warehouse setup (warehouses, locations, inventory dimensions, work templates, location directives, mobile menu items, item storage dimensions)

Governance/risk tracking and documentation in Azure DevOps and SharePoint

Experience in global ERP transformation programs

Prior involvement in D365FO/OneERP rollouts

Experience with Zebra mobile devices

7+ years in warehouse/WMS operations or ERP implementations (preferred)
