Essential
Required Qualifications
10+ years experience with Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO)
5+ years leading global rollouts / multi-country implementations
D365FO functional expertise across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules
Retail module knowledge (as stated)
Localizations and compliance with local statutory/regulatory requirements
Solution architecture ownership for D365FO (end-to-end design)
Integrations architecture and delivery oversight (D365FO integrations)
Extensions/customizations governance (managing deviations from global core)
Data migration oversight (strategy, mapping, cutover readiness)
Fit-gap workshop leadership and documentation
Rollout planning and go-live support
Global stakeholder management (business leaders, country teams, partners)
Governance processes for template/core model and deviation management
Preferred
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Solution Architect Expert)
Experience working with Microsoft partners (delivery governance)
