Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (FRD and FDD).

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, production, and warehousing, to design scalable supply chain solutions.

Facilitate workshops, discussions, and user training sessions with domestic and international stakeholders.

Configure SCM modules, including procurement, inventory management, product information, and warehouse management.

Ensure successful delivery of projects with high client satisfaction.

Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stages.

8–12 years of experience in D365 F&O, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules.

Hands-on experience with Indian manufacturing and warehousing clients, as well as exposure to European business processes.

Strong documentation skills, including FRD, FDD, and other project-related documents.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability in client handling, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis.
