Cybersecurity Project Manager
Cybersecurity Project Manager needed on a contract basis in Lisbon (occasional remote) to lead multiple initiatives in a 2026–2027 cybersecurity roadmap. Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from scoping to delivery, including defining objectives, scope, and risk assessment.
Ensure project execution follows best practices in planning, budgeting, quality, and communication.
Coordinate stakeholders across business units, IT, OT, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and service providers.
Monitor deliverables and provide regular reporting (prepare and lead project committees, attend steering committees, produce presentations for Cyber SteerCo, maintain project portfolio tools).
Develop a functional and technical understanding of the security solutions under consideration during the assessment phases, including prototypes, test environments, etc.
Analyze project-related risks and propose appropriate measures where necessary.
Guarantee compliance with internal and external security standards (Minimum Security Rules, Security Policy, Secure-by-Design, regulations such as NIS2 or RGPD, etc.).
Lead and manage the end-to-end RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes for cybersecurity solutions.
Participate to the renewal of our security solutions, in coordination with the other cybersecurity teams and the purchasing department.
Key deliverables: project framing documentation, Steering Committee material, project status reports, project key process documentation (e.g. deployment steps and prerequisites for each step…), project move to run documentation

Cybersecurity project management (scoping to delivery)

Functional and technical understanding of security solutions (assessment, prototypes, test environments)
Compliance alignment with internal security standards/policies and external regulations (e.g., NIS2, RGPD/GDPR)
RFI/RFP end-to-end management for cybersecurity solutions
Documentation production (framing docs, deployment steps/prerequisites, move-to-run/runbooks)
