Cybersecurity Program/Project Manager (AI & DevSecOps Change Enablement)

Contract role in Nantes for a senior cybersecurity program/project manager who bridges strategic program direction and hands-on implementation by product/platform teams. The consultant will translate security and AI-risk orientations into operational requirements, coordinate delivery across multiple teams (Agile at scale/Scrum/Kanban/V-cycle), manage planning/dependencies and delivery quality, proactively handle risks/blockers, and drive change management (communication kits, awareness sessions on offensive AI risks) with KPI/dashboard reporting to steering committees. Requires strong cybersecurity culture (secure architecture, kill chain, vulnerabilities, DevSecOps) and enough technical credibility to work with software engineering and cloud/platform teams.

The profile will be responsible for bridging the gap between the strategic orientations of the programme and their concrete implementation in the field by the implementation teams.

The service provider will work closely with the program management, cybersecurity teams and the

Analyze program directions and translate them into clear operational requirements for technical teams.

Conduct the expression of needs workshops with stakeholders (security architects, Product Owners, Tech Leads Platform).

Formalize the framework notes, scopes of intervention and success criteria for the program's initiatives.

Coordinate the activity of the Product and Platform teams responsible for the deployment of countermeasures and protective tools.

Structure and maintain site planning (milestones, inter-team dependencies, load management).

Lead regular synchronization instances (stand-ups, monitoring committees, cross-functional synchronization points).

Monitor technical progress and ensure compliance with delivery commitments (Definition of Done, quality, deadlines).

Proactively identify irritants, schedule drifts, architecture constraints, or adoption bottlenecks.

Structure the reporting of alerts to the program management and instruct the necessary arbitrations.

Facilitate the resolution of blocking points between technical teams by the implementation of corrective action plans.
