Corporate communications / internal communications background
Content development (writing/editing) for business audiences
Employee engagement communications and/or change management communications
Ability to translate technical or cybersecurity concepts into simple, business-friendly messaging
Creation of communication assets (emails, newsletters, intranet/SharePoint content, presentations, FAQs, executive communication materials, awareness campaign content)
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Microsoft 365 proficiency (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel)
Communication campaign management
Content calendar management
Engagement reporting / communications metrics
