CyberArk PAM Engineer (Onsite Operations Infrastructure)
Onsite BAU Operations Infrastructure engineer supporting customer control centres, resolving hardware/software/user incidents within SLAs and participating in an on-call rota. BAU operations / queue-based incident and fault management
Working to SLAs in a pressurised environment
On-call / out-of-hours support (rota)
Customer service / stakeholder support on customer sites
Mentoring junior engineers
Driving licence
Eligibility to obtain UK SC clearance
Local to Havant office for DR cover
