Essential
Required Qualifications
Regulatory engagement and submission management, including information requests, questionnaires, and RFIs
Interpretation of regulatory requirements and translation into actionable control-related requests
Data controls assessment and mapping regulatory requirements to controls, policies, procedures, and practices
Evidence identification, validation, collection, and mapping for regulatory responses
Working knowledge of data privacy and data governance controls, including transfers, storage, retention, records management, usage, consent, notices, and individual rights
Working knowledge of GDPR, India's DPDPA, and applicable APAC and Middle East privacy regulations
Cross-functional stakeholder coordination and regulatory response documentation, quality review, and timeline tracking

Direct experience supporting on-site regulatory inspections
Experience coordinating evidence and responses across multiple geographies
Presentation capability for explaining data controls posture to internal stakeholders
