To support for baseline simulation analysis & report with performance gaps & root cause analysis

To deliver high quality design solutions to ensure target crash performance requirements

To co-ordinate with TML team members for regular works & overall deliverables of projects with quality and adherence to timeline

To support for coaching & mentoring team members, develop their capabilities to meet requirements for improved delivery outcome

Responsible for checking full vehicle simulations as per guideline to ensure quality delivery

To analyse simulation results and preparation of feedback report, analysis report

To collaborate with team leads to formulate countermeasures, design solutions during vehicle development

To co-ordinate with load case setup team for setting up error free full vehicle crash load cases

Responsible for developing countermeasures, innovative concept solutions during full vehicle development

Required Qualifications
Full vehicle crash CAE / FEA domain knowledge
LS-DYNA solver knowledge for crash simulations
Pre-processing/model build using ANSA and/or HyperMesh
Crash load case setup awareness (full vehicle crash load cases)
Simulation results analysis, performance gap identification, and root cause analysis
DOE (Design of Experiments) for restraints studies / parametric modeling
Report preparation and presentation (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
Quality checking/review of full vehicle simulations against guidelines
Collaboration with vehicle development teams to define countermeasures/design solutions
