Seeking an 8–10 years CPG/FMCG manufacturing domain SME to drive Digital Twin and Smart Manufacturing initiatives. Define manufacturing business processes, KPIs and operational scenarios

Bridge Plant Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, OT, MES and Digital Twin teams

Strong experience in CPG/FMCG manufacturing operations or manufacturing transformation programs

Proven Digital Twin platforms such as Siemens Xcelerator, Azure Digital Twins, AVEVA, PTC ThingWorx or equivalent

Deep understanding of Production, Packaging, Quality, Inventory, Warehouse and Maintenance processes

Strong knowledge of batch/continuous manufacturing, recipe management, genealogy and traceability

Experience in manufacturing KPI definition and performance improvement including OEE, Yield, Throughput, Waste, Downtime and Capacity Utilization

Experience in Digital Twin, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and Digital Thread initiatives
10
Ability to identify Digital Twin use cases for production optimization, bottleneck analysis, capacity planning, asset utilization and operational excellence

Ability to map shop-floor processes and operational pain points into digital process models and business scenarios

Understanding of manufacturing data flows across ERP, MES, SCADA, Historian, IoT and shop-floor systems
