Coupa Functional Tester / Coupa Functional Consultant (Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay)

Lead or support regional/global Coupa rollout activities across multiple business units and geographies.

Conduct fit-gap workshops and recommend Coupa best practices to meet business requirements.

Configure Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Expenses, Sourcing, and Contracts.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.

Develop and execute Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing scenarios.

Identify, analyze, and resolve defects during testing cycles.

Support business users during UAT and ensure successful sign-off.

Work closely with SAP ECC/S4HANA teams to enable seamless integration between Coupa and SAP systems.

Support inbound and outbound integrations involving suppliers, catalogs, purchase orders, invoices, and master data.

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
