Required Qualifications
Contract management / contracting activities execution
Understanding of legal and contractual terms
Managing strategic and complex contracts
Stakeholder/expectation management for contract management delivery
Dispute resolution in a contracting context
SLA delivery/management
Issue and escalation handling with sensitivity and diligence
Advanced Microsoft Word skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work from office (Bangalore) and relocate if needed
Immediate joiner/short notice availability

Master's degree (preferred)
Prior contracting experience specifically in a contracting/outsourced delivery model (implied by 'contracting experience')
