Lead construction planning and execution across assigned projects.

Establish milestones, resource plans, and progress-review routines.

Oversee site teams, contractors, consultants, procurement, and construction methods.

Monitor cost, schedule, productivity, quality, safety, and statutory compliance.

Identify risks and implement recovery plans to reduce delays and overruns.

Coordinate with design, sales, CRM, finance, and leadership on dependencies.

Review reports, resolve escalated issues, and support handover.
