Seeking a Cockpit Engineer with launch experience in cockpit modules and associated parts (instrument panel, console, armrests). Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Ensure regulatory compliance for cockpit module parts.
Coordinate with styling, CAE, CFD, NVH, manufacturing and supplier teams.
Prepare RFQs and review design concepts, master sections, CAD and component drawings.
Conduct DFMEA, DVP reviews and technical sign-offs.
Support prototype builds, mock-up trials and fit & finish evaluations.
Resolve build and production issues through MINTS, JDP, IQS and structured problem-solving.
Review CAE and CFD results and implement design improvements.
Develop and monitor design concepts and master sections.
Ensure regulatory requirements are implemented.
Support prototype fitment trials and build activities.
Perform root cause analysis using 4D and 8D methodologies.
