CLRA Compliance Specialist (Third-Party Manpower Vendors)
Manage end-to-end CLRA compliance for third-party manpower vendors from the Principal Employer perspective. Coordinate and monitor external compliance audits, track closure of audit observations, maintain compliance mapping in internal tools, and ensure timely submission/verification of statutory documents (licenses, registers, returns). Act as the liaison between vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, and support internal/external audits while monitoring adherence to labor laws and CLRA regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
CLRA compliance (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act)
Third-party/vendor manpower compliance management
Compliance audits coordination and monitoring
Closure tracking for audit observations/compliance gaps
Statutory documentation management (licenses, registers, returns)
Stakeholder management and communication
MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

Experience in Human Resources
Experience using internal compliance insight/mapping tools
Exposure to Principal Employer compliance responsibilities
