Hands-on Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR) administration and troubleshooting
Meraki Dashboard management
SD-WAN policies, traffic shaping, dynamic path selection, failover
VPN configuration and troubleshooting (Site-to-Site IPsec, Client VPN)
Firewall rules/security policies, NAT concepts
Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, static routing
Switching: VLANs, STP, trunking
Wireless networking: SSIDs, RF optimization, guest networks
Deep packet analysis/packet capture and root cause analysis (RCA)
TCP/IP fundamentals; DNS and DHCP understanding
High availability (HA) design for MX appliances
Monitoring with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
ITIL process adherence (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Critical incident support (P1/P2) and leading resolution bridges
